Body Flex at St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care
Monday, October 29th was a blast in Shepherd House - our Alzheimer's
program. Clients had fun exercising in wheelchairs or no wheelchairs.
They were having fun and being healthy too! Check out the YouTube video
